In 2002 Li & Fung Retailing became a franchisee of Toys"R"Us International and acquired 100% ownership of Toys Li Fung (Asia) Ltd., for business in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Macau and Mainland China, with provisions for entry into new geographic markets including other South East Asian countries.

Till mid - April, 2009, Toys Li Fung (Asia) Ltd. operates 107 Toys"R"Us stores in 8 Asian markets (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines and Macau), selling toys, plush, games, bicycles, sporting goods, DVD movies, electronic and video games, small pools, books, educational and development products, infant and juvenile furniture, and electronic as well as educational and entertainment computer software for children.

Toys Li Fung (Asia) Ltd. operates approximately 700,000 sq ft of Toys"R"Us retail space in 8 markets in Asia. These stores are typically located in high-traffic shopping malls.
